The spacious apartment offers comfortable accommodation for 4-5 people in one master double, one twin (bunk beds) and single camp bed. The 24ft open plan living space accommodates a lounge, dining and kitchen area.
The Lounge boasts real oak floors, two luxury leather sofas, Widescreen Tv and a DVD/CD/Radio with Surround Sound. There is also a dining area with a table and seating for 4 people and dimmable lighting to create that mood.
The modern fitted kitchen is fully equiped with what you would expect from your kitchen at home, so whether you eat out every night or stay in and play Gordon Ramsay, we are sure you will find everything you need. There is a touch button halogen hob and oven, integrated fridge/freezer, a microwave, toaster and kettle. Tea towels, place mats and napkins are also provided.
The apartment has a fully fitted luxury bathroom with a bath and power shower with instant hot water. A washing machine is located in a ultility cupboard off the main hall away from the living area.
The two bedrooms have comfortable matresses, luxury bed linen, plenty of storage space and both look onto a beautiful private south-facing contemporary garden with a large patio area lit by LED's. This is a great space for having your breakfast or alfresco dining in the evening. Wooden patio furntiture with four comfortable chairs and a barbeque are provided. Guests also have the use of a communal decked area.
All towels and bedlinen are included, however, you should bring your own beach towels. Private parking for one car is provided (more parking possible, please call) Additional on street parking can be found to the front. We can also provide a cot and high-chair at no extra cost.
The apartment is booked from Saturday 3pm to Saturday 10am. Sorry no Stag/Hen groups or all night revellers. We ask that smoking is limited to the garden area only.
